Happy Holidays from MANNA Paris

Hope everyone is having a great winter holiday and spending quality time with the fam. We are in Lucerne, Switzerland, where I am trying to be open-minded about celebrating different traditions than what I am used to. (i.e. They put real candles on the tree! You can only imagine how nervous this makes me with a toddler running around!! Isn’t this a fire hazard?)

We hoped for a white Christmas to go sledding and build snowmen. Not a flake here. Even the mountains around the lake barely have snow! In terms of climate change it is really shocking. However the upside is the afternoons have been unbelievably beautiful. Super sunny and perfect for enjoying the city.  My little lady has loved exploring the playgrounds, feeding the ducks, and taking her new Vespa for a spin.

For me the end of the year and the holidays bring lots of emotions (good and bad) and exhaustion (never good). I plan to use my holidays in Switzerland recharging my batteries (aka being lazy and reading books) and spending quality time with my daughter.
